Casual. Talk. was created by someone who’s been there, in the middle of life’s chaos, searching for a quiet place to feel heard.

Before starting this space, I worked as a Crisis Specialist, supporting people in some of their darkest moments. In that role, I saw how powerful it is just to be heard, and to have one person stay present when everything feels like it’s falling apart.

But not every moment needs a crisis line. Sometimes, you just need a voice on the other end of the phone when your world feels loud. ​This isn’t therapy, and it’s not small talk. It’s real talk. It’s connection. It’s a soft place when the world feels rough.
